Steven Oates is proud to have been a property professional for 40 years, originally qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, Valuer and Auctioneer. Subsequently the passion for property enabled him to take the next step, offering a first class service for clients wishing to sell their homes. After initially building up his large, original firm 25 years ago, Steven realised that he preferred a more personal, bijou and bespoke approach, therefore started Simply Homes five years ago. He enjoys working with clients to meet their needs. Steven’s knowledge of the area, focus on detail, ability to recognise the unique selling factor of any property and informed support throughout the process of selling a home, has enabled this practice to offer a unique home selling and purchasing service.
